Continuously Spray Sterilization/Cooling Tunnel---it adopts four stages of design, circulation warm water to reheat, circular hot water to sterilize and circular cooling water to drop temperature. it's extensively used for sterilization and cooling all kinds of bottles, cans in which storing drink, beverage, juice and ketchup.
the stepless speed ajudsting drive is decelerated by the second grade column gear reducer and first grade worm wheel reducer, then the drive axel will be revolved by chain, and the mesh belt will be revolved by chain wheel of drive axel. in the stage of sterilization, they are made up of two spraying systems. the configuration of each system included spiraxsarco steam membrance valve, temperature controller, hot water pump, stainless steel ducts and nozzles. main electric elements are made from schneider.
