Beer Machine(BCGF32-32-8) --- The machine was used for filling beer into glass bottle and seal it by crown cap. The ber plant was combined with glass bottle rinsing, beer filling and crown capping plant into one body. The guiding shaft for bottle positioning with bottle support, stable bottle infeed and discharge.
The controlling theory for the high pressure foaming injection system. The high pressure forming injection system(induced bubble device) can reduce the air into beer bottle to use foam. So the beer will be more purity and fresh. The beer filler height aujustable and crowner heads for different height of bottle. Designed cap hooper and tranporter, less cap distortion, simpler structure and easier for cleaing. The crowner can be fully decrease the bacterial pollution.
Fast change over parts, such as bottle infeed worm, star wheel and guiding board.
Programmable controller automaticlly controls the filling steps, cullet flushing, filling valve opening/closing. High pressure foaming. It is a good beer equipment for small and middle beer maker.
