Automatic 5 Gallon Bottle Leaking Inspector/Leakage Checker/Tester/Detector ---The checker was used for inspecting the leaakage or not for the used 5 gallon bottle. The testing process is automatic by leaking tester. Then the 5 gallon barrel will go to the inspector machine, every time, this inspector will inspect two bottles, when PLC get the signal of photoelectrical, puff Cylinder will drop down, puff valve will closed to the mouth of barrel, start puffing, after a certain time, if can not reach the certain pressure, the Barrel will be remove away from the machine. The machine was used for old 5 gallon barrel mainly.
